How UFC Card Hunters works. You can also find these answers in Control panel → FAQ when you are signed in.

Do you offer a third party for a sale, purchase, or trade?

  1. Yes. If you want a middleman on a sale, a purchase, or a trade, we can do that.
  2. Tap TheUFCDon — that is the admin account that runs UFC Card Hunters — then send a private message for details.
  3. Or send a private message now.
  4. Do not send funds or the card until TheUFCDon has laid out how the third party will work.

Where is the Facebook group?

  1. The Facebook group is UFC Card Hunters Buy Sell Trade.
  2. Tap this link to open it: https://www.facebook.com/groups/715803817048239/
  3. On your phone you can also tap FB Group at the bottom of the site.
  4. You do not have to be in the group to use this website. Everyone is welcome.

How do I reset my password?

  1. If you are already signed in, tap your username at the top to open Your profile.
  2. On the Control panel, tap Reset password.
  3. Type your current password, then a new password (8 or more characters).
  4. Tap Save password.
  5. On that same page you can also change your email. Only you can see it.
  6. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password? on the Sign in page instead.

How do I link Facebook, Instagram, or eBay?

  1. Tap your username at the top, then Control panel → Your profile.
  2. Facebook: open your Facebook profile, copy the profile link, paste it in Facebook profile link.
  3. Ebay: type only your eBay username, not the whole website.
  4. Instagram: type your Instagram username, or paste your profile link.
  5. Tap Save profile.
  6. Those links show when someone opens your ad or a forum post, so they know who they are dealing with.

How do I leave feedback?

  1. Only leave feedback after a real deal is done.
  2. Tap the other Card Hunter’s username on the ad, the post, or in messages.
  3. On their profile tap Feedback. Tapping the review count on an ad also opens this page.
  4. Choose Buyer, Seller, or Trade, then Positive or Negative. There is no Neutral.
  5. Write what happened and tap Post feedback.

Is there a fee to post ads?

  1. No. Classified ads in UFC Marketplace are 0% commission.
  2. You post the card, they tap Message seller, and you close the deal between you.
  3. UFC Card Hunters does not take a cut and does not hold the money.
  4. Check their feedback before you send anything. If you want a third party, see the first question and message TheUFCDon.

How do I use Pending transactions?

  1. Open Private Messages (Messages on your phone).
  2. On a conversation tap Pending. It moves out of Inbox into Pending transactions so you can keep deal talk in one place.
  3. Tap Inbox on that row to send it back.
  4. Only you see the folder. The other Card Hunter still has the conversation.
  5. You can keep up to 500 conversations total (Inbox + Pending). Delete old ones if you hit the cap. Deleting only removes it from your side.

How do I recover my account?

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Tap Forgot password?
  3. Type the email on the account and tap Send reset link.
  4. Open the email from UFC Card Hunters. Check Spam / Junk if it is not in the inbox — it often goes there.
  5. Tap Set a new password (or paste the link in your browser).
  6. Type a new password (8 or more characters), tap Save password, then sign in.

How do I delete my account?

  1. This is on the FAQ page on purpose so it is not easy to hit by accident.
  2. Open Control panel → FAQ and scroll to the delete form under this answer.
  3. Tap Delete account, type your username, and confirm.
  4. Your login and private messages go away. Forum posts and marketplace ads stay up with your username so old deals are not wiped. This cannot be undone.
